Pineapple Pudding



Pineapple pudding is  very easy to prepare with 2 main ingredients. This is irresistibly delicious with the perfect taste.Pineapple dessert is a must for the festive season.

Pineapple is a tropical fruit with loads of nutrition. It was originated in South America.Pineapple is low in calories but incredibly rich with Vitamin C and Manganeese. Its enzymes support the digestions and also it boost the immunity and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as cancer, heart attack etc.

This recipe will gives you the perfect way of making pineapple pudding


Ingredients :

Chopped Pineapple -   3 cups
Condensed Milk - 390 g
Water - 1/2 cup
Gelatin - 1 1/4 Tbsp
Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Vanilla - 1 Tsp







Method :

In a pan add the chopped pineapple . Add sugar and 2 Tbsp of water and heat it in the low flame until it absorb the sugar and become soggy. Once it become soggy  and stewed well, take  the pan out of the cooker and let it cool.In another cup mix gelatine and 1/2 cup of water and keep it aside..

In a pan add the condensed milk and add 1 tin of water from the same tin.Heat the milk. It shouldn't be boiled. Then add the gelatin and vanilla. Stir the mixture until it mixed well .Once it is heated take out from the stove and let it cool.

Once the pineapple mixture and milk become cool pour the milk to the pudding tray and add the pineapple mixture. Small amount  of pineapple should be kept to decorate the pudding. Cover the tray with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for  5- 6 hours.

After 6 hours take out the pudding from the fridge and decorate with stewed  pineapple .
