Mini Vanilla Cake /Toaster Cake

This is very simple cake you can make it for tea time. The good thing  is you can make this cake using a sandwich toaster ; without an oven.Let's make  this easy toaster cake.

Ingredients :

Egg  1

Sugar 3 Tbsp

Fresh Milk - 2Tbsp

Melted butter - 1/4 cup

Vanilla 1Tsp

Flour 1/2 cup

Baking powder 1/2 Tsp

Method :

In a bowl mix the egg and sugar until it become a fine cream. Add fresh milk,melted butter, vanilla and mix it well. Add the flour and baking powder to the mixture. Fold the mixture properly.Greece the toaster with oil or butter.Pour the mixture to the toaster and spread it evenly.Turn on the oven and heat for 5 minutes.Repeat it for 2 -3 times until the toaster is switch off.
