Cauliflower Hashbrown


These hash browns are made out of 100% cauliflower which has many nutrition values. This is a 100% Keto food. Cauliflower is the best Keto food since it has a less calories.It is a crusiferous vegetable which is high in Vitamin B and fiber. Cauliflower provides antioxidants which can protect against cancer and it contains fibers that helps to weight loss and digestion.It also helps to strengthen the bones and improve cardiovascular system

These crunchy and soft hash browns can be used as a snack as well as a meal replacement.This recipe shows how you can make it quickly and perfectly.

Ingredients :

Grated Cauliflower   1 cup
Chopped Onion leaves or Cilantro  1/ 4 cup
Parmesan Cheese    1/4 cup
Eggs   2
Corn flour   2 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic  1 Tbsp
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper


Method :

Grate the cauliflower  and squeeze the excess water using a damp cloth.Mix all the ingredients together and make small balls.Press them to make it flat.Bake those balls at 180C temperature for 5 minutes or shallow fry using a little amount of oil. Serve it in hot.
