Ingredients :
Egg Yolk 5
sugar 1/2 cup
Cream Cheese 250 g
Whipped Cream 1 1/2 cup
vanilla 1 tsp
Instant Coffee
Ladies fingers biscuits 250 g
sugar 1/2 cup
Cream Cheese 250 g
Whipped Cream 1 1/2 cup
vanilla 1 tsp

Method :
Beat the egg yolk with sugar .Beat the whipped cream and add to the egg
mixture .Add cream cheese and vanilla .Beat for 5 minutes until it become a cream. Make some black thick coffee using the instant coffee.Soak the biscuits in black coffee and set
as a layer in the bottom of the pudding tray.Spread the cream layer on top of that and place
another biscuit layer.Repeat the process until the biscuits are over.Spread a cream layer on top and refrigerate for 10
hours.Finally spread some coco powder on top of the pudding.
