Vegetable Cabbage Burger






Burgers are favorite snack of everybody but people who are conscious about health, it is not a good option.Because regularly eating burgers will bring lot of health issues such as high blood sugar, weight gain, high cholesterol etc. However if we can make a burger using healthy ingredients it will be a good news for every body. We are going to make the burgers using cabbage !

Cabbage is a low- calories vegetable which is suitable for health conscious people. Also it contains lot of nutrition such as Vitamin K, Vitamin C,Folate, Manganese etc.Also vegetables like cabbage contain many antioxidants which reduces chronic inflation and it is good for digestion as well.

Also another good news is this burger is a 100% Keto food which is ideal for weight watchers.


Ingredients :


Chopped Cabbage     350 g
Chopped Onion         100 g
Cheese Powder           25 g
Cornflour                    25 g
Chopped green chilies      2
Eggs                               2
Salt and Pepper
Cumin powder


Method :


Mix all the ingredients finely in a bowl. Make small balls and press to make it flat. Heat a pan with little bit of oil.Fry the  both side of the burger pattie until it become golden brown. Now take 2 or 3 of these burgers and make the sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese etc.If you want, you can add a ham slice or  fried bacon to the burger.Finally serve with some Mayonnaise.
